Recent research will be found as a component of resveratrol in red wine, with important health benefits including cancer prevention and the protection of the heart and brain.

Light to moderate alcohol consumption - especially red wine - seems to reduce the causes of deaths, while alcohol abuse causes damage to various organs.

According to Professor Lindsay Brown of the University of Queensland:  The reports about the benefits of red wine is almost two centuries. Studies on the actions of resveratrol, a drug rarely drinks were published around 1997 Overview of cancer prevention. This led to a dramatic interest.

Red wine contains a complex mixture of bioactive substances, including flavonoids, monomers and polymers flavan-3-OLS, colored anthocyanins and phenolic acids, stilbenes and polyphenols, resveratrol. Brown said it appears that some of these compounds, including resveratrol, resveratrol reduced health benefits. The age diseases such as inflammation, diabetes and obesity and the failure has many significant benefits. Resveratrol findings published in the September issue of Alcoholism: Clinical & Experimental Research.

We have the best range of compounds determined to understand the nature and potential benefits for the treatment of health.

The researchers found, was to be expected, that resveratrol treatment increased the expression of SIRT1 and stimulated the activity of AMPK in the livers of mice fed alcohol. It was also found that increased expression of SIRT1 and AMPK led to a decrease in protein sterol regulatory element binding (SREBP-1), peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma-alpha coactivator (PGC-1a), the increase of circulating adiponectin, a hormone from fat cells that control of obesity and expression of adiponectin receptors in the liver, which contributes to more efficient allocation of adiponectin.

The results indicate that resveratrol prevents alcoholic fatty liver by coordinating molecules that control fat metabolism. This prevents fat accumulation in mouse liver by both reducing the production of fat and burn fat there.
Interestingly, the combination of alcohol and resveratrol, increase the positive effects of resveratrol, said Dr. Tu, lead author of the study.
